SHANE.

Shane has spent nearly a decade transforming the lives and bodies of men and women through fitness, wellbeing, education and nutrition. 

He has established a solid reputation as an industry leader in transformative fitness coaching and to date has worked with over 78 men and women, ensuring they stay accountable to their goals, even if that means contacting them outside of training to ensure they stay on track.

As a fitness coach and an experienced fitness athlete, Shane can help you whether you are looking to lose body fat, build muscle or step on stage in peak form.

As a father himself, Shane understands how busy life can be, so to ensure he can help as many people as possible, he has offered three different ways to train with him, whether it be one-on-one, in a small group environment or 100% online, there’s something that will work for you and your lifestyle.

NICOLE.

Nicole has been in the fitness industry since 2018 as a qualified Cert III & IV Personal Trainer and LV-1 CrossFit Coach, specialising in CrossFit.

Growing up she had a passion for sports and an interest in health and fitness, but never considered a career in the industry until attending her first CrossFit class back in 2017. Immediately falling in love with the style of training and the community that followed with it, she hasn’t looked back and can wholeheartedly say that finding CrossFit and building a career as a Coach changed her life!

Her favourite thing in fitness is the community aspect and how it brings everyone together. It allows you to step outside your comfort zone, learn new things and grow as a person, with the added bonus of becoming the fittest you’ve ever been

Over the years she has loved building relationships with people, watching them achieve things they never thought possible, and having opportunities to grow as a Coach and person herself. Anyone of any age can take part in fitness, and take control of their health, and trust her when she says, if and when you do, it’ll be the best thing you’ve ever done!

In her free time you will find her hanging out with family, heading to the beach, listening to podcasts and catching up with mates.

ERIN.

Introducing Erin.

Erin qualified as a Personal Trainer back in 2001, studying Health and Fitness Cert III & IV through TAFE. After taking a hiatus - working in the corporate world and being a mum, she came back in to the PT space in 2018 re-educating at Fit College to regain her qualification as a Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV Personal Training).

She has always had a passion for the gym and over the last 20 years, has hardly missed a day. She is super passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, and sharing her knowledge and lessons learned over the years. Lately she has been delving into the mindfulness and wellbeing side of health. The science behind all the modalities really intrigues her and it truly is mind over matter in most cases.

Her favourite thing about fitness is seeing how the body adapts to change. The way it responds to exercise and how we fuel it with food… it truly is a science and our bodies are amazing! There is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to engineering a program for someone, and that’s what she loves…. Working with someone to hit their 𝔾𝕆𝔸𝕃𝕊.
